Their bridge is simple to use, make sure you have added IoTeX to your metamask.
1-Select the network you are going to send from.
2-Select the token you want to use and the amount.
3-Enter the receiving address. If you click "My Wallet" your assets will be transferred to the same address but on IoTeX network
